Program description: TextSkipper is an SMS-based service that delivers AI-generated marketing content via SMS. Charter captains and tour operators text in trip details and receive ready-to-use marketing copy — social posts, email newsletters, and more — sent directly to their phone.

By signing up for or using TextSkipper, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms are provided by Floating Sifter LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of TextSkipper.

How It Works

After completing signup at textskipper.com/signup, you text your trip details to the TextSkipper number. Our system uses AI to generate marketing content and delivers it back to you via SMS.

Use of Service

You agree to use TextSkipper only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages to others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the TextSkipper platform.
• Provide false information during signup or impersonate another person or business.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, including those related to SMS messaging (e.g., TCPA).

AI-Generated Content

TextSkipper uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing content based on the trip details you provide. While we strive for quality and accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or phrasing that requires editing before use.

You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or distributing it. Floating Sifter LLC is not liable for any claims arising from the use of AI-generated content.

Billing & Subscriptions

TextSkipper is a subscription-based service. By signing up, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TextSkipper is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI-generated content will meet your specific needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Floating Sifter LLC disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will notify active users via SMS or email.
